Jason specialises in: Managing chronic diseases such as Type 2 Diabetes, Cancer, Hypertension, COPD, Osteopenia / Osteoporosis, Arthritis, Depression & PTSD. Plus working with older adults for falls prevention, prehab and Orthopaedic rehab, post knee and hip replacements, hydrotherapy and pool exercise.

Jason also specialises in functional training regimes utilising various resistance training techniques and equipment to suit all levels of fitness and ability. Outdoor and home programs.
