BODYPUMP

Be Warned! This class will change the shape of your body. Pump is the original barbell (weights) class that will inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast! The simplicity of the class, great music and awesome instructors makes it a great starting point to lose body fat, tone and condition the entire body and to add strength training into your workout.

RPM

Is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music and take on all terrains with your inspiring team coach. Discover your athlete within as you sweat and burn up to 500 calories and take your cardiovascular fitness to the next level.

ABT

Abs, Butts & Thighs – The express fat burning class that is guaranteed to tone and sculpt those problem areas. NO complex choreography - it’s the ultimate workout for those who want results fast.

ZUMBA

This workout is all about FUN, you don’t need to love exercise, know how to dance or do aerobics to do Zumba. The music is the motivational ingredient which will give you the ultimate fitness workout without the conventional class format.

YOGA

Our yoga classes include a variety of yoga styles for developing awareness, flexibility, balance, concentration and mental clarity. By increasing energy flow within the body yoga is a great way to sculpt, develop core/stomach strength and reduce stress levels which will leave you feeling centred and calm.

BOXING

This class is the ultimate cardio workout and is for all fitness levels. Be unleashed and empowered through an energetic workout that teaches you co-ordination, power, core/stomach strength, flexibility, breathing and self awareness. Gloves, inners and pads provided.

FITBALL

Is a simple class that lets you get in shape at your own pace with low impact exercises that focus mainly on developing core/stomach strength. Designed for all levels this class will improve back health, chronic injuries, strength and flexibility.

STEP

This energizing and liberating class gives you a full-body cardio workout and pushes those fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body

BASIC STEP

Using our adjustable Reebok platforms learn the basics while getting a really good workout that is assured to give you buns of steel.
