We encourage our members to enjoy a more holistic approach to their diet. Our nutritional therapist will consult with you, regarding your dietetic history and ascertain any health or weight problems you may be experiencing due to poor eating habits. A weekly diet program can be designed to suit your needs and lifestyle.


Personal Training

Are you looking for some guidance in the gym and some help to achieve your goals?
You can book a one – on – one session with one of our Personal Trainers, who can support you! A Personal Trainer will help you with setting realistic goals for exercise and nutrition and create a plan to achieve those goals. The Personal Trainer will help you with creating the right posture and technique for the exercises.


Exercise Physiology

Our Exercise Physiologists are trained specialists who can evaluate, research and advise on coaching, training, and recovery practices in all areas of exercise and rehabilitation. We can provide information and support on injury prevention, technique analysis, and nutrition.

We work one-on-one in establishing the best training program for you. (Medicare rebates are also available).


In Body 520

You can book a session for a body composition with one of our staff members. In a session, your body will be analysed and measured and you will receive a detailed report. So instead of knowing your weight on a scale, you will get to know more about your body composition.
You will find out how many kilograms of fat and muscle is on your body and where it is located. This can help you to see where you can make changes in your diet and exercise to achieve your goals.



We offer Kahuna Massages in our gym. Kahuna massage is a relaxing, dynamic, full body massage including deep tissue work. It relaxes our muscles, mind and nervous system.

Appointments are available 7 days a week, flexible hours. We offer a discount for gym members!
